There are a lot of accessories that we use in our bags. You can ask for options or send us your own choice and we will produce. Find below a little detail of accessories
Zippers: We can use Nylon Coil, Metal Zipper and Plastic Teeth (Vislon) Zippers. Zippers are available in different sizes. Zippers can be dyed in customized colors. Nylon Coil zippers are most common and the lowest cost. YKK Zippers are also available.
Zipper Puller:: Zipper is selected for cost, strength and usage whereas Puller is selected for cost and design. We can use a range of puller designs. Customized logo puller are also available.
Cord:: We use cotton or polyester cords. Cords are available in different thickness. You may ask for samples to check the quality and thickness of cords. Elastic cords are also available. Cords can be used in natural colors or in matching colors. Tipped Cord are also available.
Elastic:: Flat or round elastics are available to be used as per designs. Cord’s width/dia is decided keeping the cost and design in mind. Thick cords have more pulling strength and more retention than thinner ones. Usually, Elastics are used hidden inside the fabric so matching colors are not required.
Eyelets:: Eyelets are available in different sizes and materials. You can select or we will suggest according to the usage and cost estimate.
Button/Snaps:: Different types of snaps and buttons are available in all sizes, ranging from nylon to metal and resin.
Canvas Webbing:: Canvas webbing can be used as handles or to strengthen or decorate some parts of bags. Different width and different qualities of webbing can be produced and used in bags.
Hook & Look Fastner:: Commonly referred as Velcro, it is available in different sizes and colors.
Stiffener:: Plastic and natural material cardboard stiffeners are available to give your bag a specific shape or strengthen the bottom.
Insulation Foam:: Foams of different thicknesses are used for heat insulation and as shock absorbers.
